For those that don't know Devise, he is a 22 year old hiphop artist from Humboltd Park, Chicago. He has been rapping since he was little child. Now that he is an adult, he is ready to pursue his dream of going to the top of this music industry. He says his music speaks for itself, and is definitely worth a listen.
